Gun Cleaner for Water based Paints

The Redashe 2000-TT is designed to provide the total waterborne spray gun cleaning solution for all body shop applications. It combines a powerful automatic and a manual gun cleaner together in a single unit.
First, the automatic side on the left cleans the spray gun efficiently on the inside and outside. Then, the manual unit on the right can be used for an exra rinse or for removing stubborn paint deposits. In the busy paint shop, the two sides can be used as two separate aqua cleaners simultaneously. Both sides of the machine are equipped with a nozzle for quick cleaning of the paint ducts when working with disposable cups.
The waste water can be recovered through efficient flocculation with a minimum of labour required. It can then be reused in the machine or automatically evacuated. The Redashe 2000-TT can easily be adapted to the specific needs of the paint shop and the cleaning recommendations of the paint manufacturer.
