Grease couplers

1. KY COUPLER

Standard Supergrip coupler supplied with Macnaught grease guns and pumps. Designed to fit most grease nipples and grease guns.

2. KDS RIGHT ANGLE COUPLER WITH A SHORT SIDE

For use in spaces when the area above the nipple is very limited and can also be used with a flexible extension.

4. KZDXL STRAIGHT NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

A 120mm (4 3/4") needlepoint coupler that is ideal for greasing the bearings on four wheel drive vehicles.

5. ZSB SWIVEL

A 360° swivel. Supplied with B2 booster gun.

6. KSR STANDARD BUTTONHEAD COUPLER

For use on plant and machinery fitted with 5/8" buttonhead nipples.

7. KZD NEEDLENOSE COUPLER

Used when nipples are recessed and standard couplers would meet with interference from surrounding components e.g. universal joints, etc.

8. KGR GIANT BUTTONHEAD COUPLER

For use on plant and machinery fitted with 7/8" buttonhead nipples.

9. KZX CONCAVE NIPPLE COUPLER

A 20cm (8") rigid extension fitted with a concave press-on coupler.

10. KRV PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE

Helps to prevent nipples from breaking off and couplers from splitting. Recommended for use with the K6 Mini-Lube‚ P3 Power-Lube, P6 & P8 Maxi-Lubes.

11. KZHY HYPERDERMIC NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

Ideal for use on bearings fitted with rubber dust covers.

12. KZLN 45˚ NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

A 30cm (12") straight needlepoint coupler with a 45° bend at the end. For use with aircraft.

13. KN GREASE INJECTOR NEEDLE

Small needle used to inject sealed bearings and small lubrication points with grease when no grease nipples are present.

14. KZLNR 90˚ NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

A 30cm (12") straight needlepoint coupler with a 90° bend at the end. For use with aircraft.

15. KZLNJ ‘J’ NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

A 30cm (12") straight needlepoint coupler with a ‘J’ bend at the end. For use with aircraft.

16. KZLNS STRAIGHT NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

A 30cm (12") straight needlepoint coupler for use with four wheel drive vehicles.

17. KZSNR 90˚ NEEDLEPOINT COUPLER

A 11cm (4 1/4") needlepoint coupler with a 90° bend at the end.

18. KZE CONCAVE NIPPLE COUPLER

Used when vehicles are fitted with special nipples or, in some cases, when normal nipples are damaged.
