Flow Meters - Oil and Fuel

An extensive range of highly accurate, positive displacement flow meters ideally suited to lubricant, fuel and chemical measurement. Standard models cover flow ranges from 2 to 1200 litres per minute and are available with mechanical and electronic displays for stand alone applications or with pulse and 4~20mA output for systems.

Model options include construction materials, pipe connections and pressure, temperature and viscosity ratings. Low flow models from 0.5 to 500 litres per hour are also available. Please contact us with your requirements for a detailed quotation.

Finding the right flow meter for your application - Typical questions to ask

• Type of liquid service, eg. oils, fuels, water etc?
• Existing line size? Sizes from 3mm to 100mm
• Flow rate to measure? (only if you know) eg. 20 LPM
• Typical line pressure if known?
• Type of feed. i.e gravity feed, diaphragm pump, piston pump, compressed air, electric etc.
• Type of flowmeter display readout – local (mounted on meter), or remote mount (mounted in another room or control box) or PLC connection.
• Particular site conditions, e.g. - flameproof hazardous area certification? - Clean in place ( CIP ) conditions - food processing, pharmaceutical plant? - NMI custody transfer certification?
