Your receptionist was charming and helpful and Russell Brown could not have been more helpful in dealing with my trivial matter. Your's seems to be a very happy and well run operation, my congratulations for what that is worth, and thank you for the help I received.

In passing your product is terrific and wherever I can I pass the word around. I have two of them and the one that had its seals renewed is over 20 years old and still performs perfectly.
